Eat Drink Explore Edinburgh is born out of a small group of Edinburgh locals, with a love of our city, and decades of experience in the Scotch whisky, brewing and events industries.

Whisky blenders, brewing and distilling graduates and retired whisky producers provide expert knowledge on Scotland's legendary food and drink culture.

As locals of the city we are immersed in the history, architecture and folklore of the ancient capital, presenting our unique perspective and knowledge to each of our events.

We host weekly walking tours and are on hand to design and deliver bespoke experiences to you or your clients.
